We had been doing Webinar series on Patterns and Anti-Patterns of Agility. This Product Owner/ Product Manager Patterns and Anti-Patterns is a continuation of that series. As a Product Owner there are certain things that they need in mind while developing their product vision and backlog refinement. As a Product Manager, while doing the market research and guiding the teams on innovation, there are some do and don’t . In this webinar the presenters Suresh Done, Aditya M and Bhanu Viswanatham will talk about the good and bad practices that a Product Owner/Product Manager can do in their job.

Suresh Done
Mr. Suresh has around 33 years of experience in IT and Engineering. He is an Enterprise Architect and Certified SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC). Suresh has helped many companies to transform and rejuvenate their business and technology. He has provided Strategic Advisory consulting services to major companies in Government, Banking, Telecom, Automotive, Health, and Retail Industries. Suresh is an Agile Guru and had developed methodologies like TOPAgile (Agile Architecture Methodology) and E2EAM (End to End Agile Methodology) that helps the organization to be agile from end to end (planning to implementation to operations). Using his expert guidance, many companies were able to reduce IT cost by more than 40% and improve efficiencies by more than 50%.
Bhanu Viswanadha
Bhanu Viswanadha, TOGAF, DPBoK, CCSK, PMP,PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP, DASSM, CSM, SPC, SASM, SA, POPM, SDP, KMP1, CSaSP is a Project management professional with passion for sharing knowledge and experience. Career positions include Program Manager at a major retail and healthcare company and Technical Leader at APL Ltd. While he was the PMO manager at Safeway Inc., he implemented a process for recruiting, mentoring, and motivating the Safeway project management community. Mr. Viswanadha has experience in setting up Agile Center of Excellence and introducing Agile to engineering teams. Mr. Viswanadha’s other projects include delivering a training program for project manager coaching/mentoring in both waterfall and Agile methodologies. He has also been an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University, University of Silicon Valley and he is a Past President at PMI Silicon Valley. Bhanu is a PMI approved ATP Instructor. Bhanu has Masters in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India and Master of Technology in Mathematical Modeling and Simulation from University of Pune, India. Bhanu is a PMI Leadership Institute Master Class (LIMC20) graduate.
